What games did ancient kids play?

Children thousands of years ago played with toys you might recognise: dolls, spinning tops, marbles, and balls. Egyptian kids had toy animals with mouths that opened and closed!

They also played board games. One Egyptian game called Senet was so popular it was even painted on tomb walls so people could play in the afterlife.
